WHEN we do it? Our HELP TEAM is available 24 hours a day / 7 Days a week to respond to your initial enquiry.
HOW - we do it? Your initial enquiry can be made by phone, email, text or through this sites enquiry form.
You will initially speak with a member of our Help Team who will then either put you through to
the most appropriate member of our team of Treatment Coordinators or arrange a suitable time
for them to call you back - whichever suits you.
We will listen to your situation, find out what help you are looking for and then give you a clear
pathway to deal with your situation.
- much does it cost? Nothing to make that call to us and find out what help is available. In terms of treatment,
that will depend entirely on what help, assistance and treatment you are looking for.

options are available.
